Fancy Table Legs (FTL) 100% guarantees all of its products. Customers may return floating shelves within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All returns must have prior authorization by Fancy Table Legs. All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging materials within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Product must be shipped back, at your expense, prior to the expiration of the 30-day window. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that is in new condition. We do not accept returns where modification to the product occurred, or installation was attempted. Before staining or finishing an unfinished hood, please consult a professional or call us at (877) 434-4440 for suggested finish products. Certain consumer products will not provide the finish quality you may desire.
CANCELATIONS: If for any reason you need to cancel an order that is already in production please contact us. Once a shelf order has shipped it can not be cancelled, but instead will need to be returned once received (please see return information above).
