Does Fancy Table Legs require a minimum order size?
Our minimum order size is a one piece. This is true for standard items as well as custom items. However, we do offer free shipping anywhere in the continental USA. For shipping requests to other areas, please contact our customer service team at: 877-434-4440 to determine eligibility.
Does Fancy Table Legs offer custom products or customer specific jobs?
Fancy Table Legs is a full custom house so we manufacture a wide variety of custom wood parts. We can replicate an item from a sketch or from a picture online. From there we will quote the job. If the quote is acceptable to the customer we provide a 2D or 3D rendering for the customer to approve or adjust. After we have an approved rendering we program and tool our machines to produce the final part. We do it all turnkey!! We also want you to know that custom does not mean expensive. Allow us to quote your next project!
Are hardwood squares used laminated or solid?
We use both laminated and solid squares. Certain species and/or sizes of solids are not available due to market availability. Give us a call to discuss your square blank requirements.
What type of guarantee does Fancy Table Legs offer?
Fancy Table Legs stands behind all of our products and they are 100% guaranteed for accuracy and quality. Fancy Table Legs 100% guarantees all of its products. Customers may return any of the company’s products within 90 days of purchase for a replacement or credit. All returns must have prior authorization by Fancy Table Legs. All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging materials. If such materials are unavailable, the product must be secured with packaging to protect the entire product. Damage during the return may negate some or all of the credits or refunds. All returns (not due to quality issues) could be subject to a 30% restocking charge. If the customer is exchanging products, the restocking fee will be reduced to 20% of the original products’ value. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional related cost to the return of the product.

What type of shipping options are available?
We ship with UPS and offer ground, 2-day, and next day shipping. Lead times of products are typically 7-14 business days, plus transit time.
Does Fancy Table Legs offer free shipping?
Orders within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping.
What is the lead time for orders?
Our standard is 7-14 business days. Our items are MTO (made-to-order), and production starts shortly after you place your order. Any custom items (trimmed, split, etc.) or large quantity orders will extend production time.
